• Oversee the daily operations of both junior and adult tennis programs, ensuring quality instruction and player development at all levels.

• Manage all financial aspects of the academy, including budgeting, program profitability, and resource allocation.

• Report directly to the General Manager to align program objectives with overall center goals and performance metrics.

• Lead coach development initiatives, mentoring staff to deliver high-level training and maintain consistent coaching standards across all programs.

• Collaborate with athletes from across the country, providing customized training regimens to support peak performance at national-level tournaments.

• Serve as a certified Mental Efficiency Instructor, helping players build mental resilience, focus, and confidence in high-pressure competitive environments.

• Michael Johnson top 750 in the ATP and the National champion with the AUM, Nicholas Vlahos, a player for the University of Tulane.

• George Goldhoff was number 3 in the nation in 18s and received a scholarship for University of Texas.

• Work with Fabiola Zuluaga, a top 20 player in the world in the WTA, at Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy.

• Coach 5 of the 6 players for the University of Southern Mississippi, (Britany Serret, Courtney Ulrich, Olivia Berry, Stephanie Mueller, Chelsea Bond)

• Many State championships at different age levels with several players in the State of Mississippi.
